Nobita is focused on his summer homework—a drawing—even as news breaks of a painting worth billions of yen being discovered. Suddenly, a torn piece of a painting flutters down in front of him. Using the secret gadget "Art Access Light," they enter the drawing and explore, where they encounter a mysterious girl named Clare. At her request, Doraemon and his friends set off for the Principality of Artoria—which turns out to be none other than the medieval European world depicted in the very painting that's been making headlines!
